TRACY BEDNAR
“She brings equal value in both her belief and branding work. ”
Tracy Bednar built her career in leadership roles at Best Buy, Fitbit, and Google—driven by the relentless Midwestern work ethic she was raised with in rural Wisconsin. Outwardly successful, she was inwardly drained, caught in a cycle of burnout, imposter feelings, and people-pleasing her way to the top.
A breaking point outside her child’s daycare became the catalyst for change. Tracy realized that accomplishment without authenticity would never bring fulfillment. She turned inward, reshaping her relationship with work and herself.
That journey led to a coaching certification and the creation of The Art of Subtle Influence—her framework for keeping the people-pleaser in check and unlocking the authenticity, fulfillment, and impact she craved. Today, she distills it into a clear, practical method so others can do the same.
OUR WORK
RESULTS
"Ushi is pure magic. Meeting with her feels like having coffee with a close friend who you can't wait to catch up with. Not only does she create a safe space where you can truly show up and be yourself, she gets results.
She brings equal value in both her belief and branding work. She zeroes in on the thoughts that are keeping you stuck and partners with you to reframe and actually finally, finally move beyond their grip.
Her branding work is polished and feels uniquely personalized. I'm someone who has a hard time articulating the swirl of ideas in my mind. With Ushi, I show up with a word chaos and she somehow mines for gold emerging from our conversation with soundbytes that succinctly and skillfully translate the value I hope to bring into this world. If you're considering investing in Ushi, don't wait another minute."
