A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Josh Holden’s path has spanned Division I athletics, professional baseball with the Cincinnati Reds, active-duty service as a U.S. Army Field Artillery officer, and two combat deployments with the 1st Cavalry Division. These experiences—marked by discipline, resilience, and the weight of leadership—shaped his conviction that strength is the foundation for carrying life’s greatest responsibilities.
Josh formalized this conviction into The LionHeart Protocol, where he trains top-tier leaders to build physical strength as the entry point to greater clarity, resilience, and impact. His work reflects the lesson he’s lived: when you build strength, everything follows.

RESULTS
“I had the sense that there was more I was meant to do, but I couldn’t yet see how to give it form. Ushi helped me look at my path and experiences through a different lens—pulling together the pieces into something coherent, powerful, and true to who I am. She challenged me to own my greatness, but always in a way that felt authentic to my values. What became The LionHeart Protocol is not just a framework, it’s the clearest expression of my life’s work—and I wouldn’t have arrived here without her.”
