General

  • We can't make changes or cancel an order after it's been submitted.

    An item may only be canceled if it is on pre-order. If you would like to cancel a pre-ordered item, send an email to [email protected] with your order number and we'll handle that for you. 

    Otherwise, once you received the item you may return it within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • We don't have control over the taxes that are charged—they are added in automatically and are subject to tax laws.

  • Please double check to ensure you're using the proper billing zip code associated with the credit card. If you are still having trouble email us at [email protected], we would be happy to help with placing an order.

  • Yes, your card will be charged right away. We don't store payment information for security purposes. We use the Shopify platform. Shopify uses Shop Pay, a feature that allows customers to securely store their payment information for faster checkout in the future. This is a separate service and requires explicit opt-in from the customer.

  • Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. From there, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking once your item is on its way.

  • We currently ship within the U.S., Canada, and internationally.

    However, international shipping rates may be cost prohibitive for you. In this case, consider purchasing our standard or digital edition books through Amazon here.

  • At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. Our focus is quality and care over speed—but if you need something by a specific date, reach out. We’ll see what’s possible.

  • Not at the moment. All physical products are shipped directly to you.

  • First, check your tracking number.

    Then, contact the carrier.

    We’ll step in if needed and help resolve the issue with clarity and care.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order.

    Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you’ve been waiting a little too long.

    Please note that sometimes tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier.

    If it looks like it's not moving, chances are it's on its way!

  • We want you to love what you receive.

    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or simply isn’t what you expected, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

    Here’s how it works:

    1. Request a return by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.

    2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please ship the item back within 7 days.

    3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method—minus shipping.

    A few things to note:

    • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

    • We do not offer exchanges at this time.

    • Sale items and limited-edition products are final sale.

  • There are no fees for returning an item.

  • You should receive your refund upon the first carrier scan. Please note, it can take 3-5 business days for a refund to credit back to your original form of payment.

  • We do not provide prepaid labels for international orders but they can be shipped back on the customer's own accord for a refund or store credit.

    The shipping fee will not be refunded.

  • Send us a picture anyway! Normal wear and tear would not warrant a replacement or refund, but if it is deemed a manufacturing defect or unreasonable damage, we can look into it!

    When you sign up for the Seeing Me Studio, you get access to field-tested, professionally enriching tools, resources and expertise that show you how to set yourself apart.

    Access to the Seeing Me Studio includes:

    • The Seeing Me Method library includes instructional videos, demos, worksheets, templates, and creative exercises to help you align your identity, define your distinct value and shape an elevated presence.

  • Absolutely. This Seeing Me Studio is a resource and ecosystem that takes you step-by-step through the Seeing Me Method and advanced trainings to build your brand.

    Drawing on nearly three decades of experience, and thousands of successful proof points, Ushi and her ecosystem of specialists will show you how to present and package that thing only they can do.

    Through the Seeing Me Studio, you will align your identity, which is a critical first step (one that most skip to their detriment) in building a powerful personal or company brand.

    As a designer and brand expert, Ushi doesn’t begin any branding work until the client has engaged in the Seeing Me Method foundational training.

    So, this is the essential first step to creating your personal or company brand and has supported thousands of people to present themselves authentically and share their gifts more powerfully with the world.

  • Yes! The Seeing Me Studio takes you through the foundational steps towards building an authentic and powerful brand, but you don’t need to aim for a personal or company brand to gain a lot from it.

    The process will support you to align your identity so you can see yourself clearly, shape your “what’s next,” control your narrative and own your value no matter where you are or what you’re doing.

    The Seeing Me Method and advanced training within the Seeing Me Studio has supported thousands of people to present themselves authentically and share their gifts more powerfully with the world.

  • To get the most out of the Seeing Me Studio and the Seeing Me Method, we recommend setting aside dedicated time to work through the materials and complete the exercises. Engaging actively with the content and reflection prompts will help deepen your understanding and application of the concepts.

    We will continue to add training and content to support your distinction and leadership presence, and if you choose your brand build.

    So keep coming back.

  • The Seeing Me Studio is designed for self-paced learning within a demanding and full schedule. You can take as much or as little time as you like with the materials.

    The library within the app consists of the foundation training, 15 core modules that correspond to 3-steps of the Seeing Me Method, all accessible upon registration.

    You can complete this foundation within the first 24 hours if you dive right in, or follow the steps at a rhythm of your choosing.

    There is no time limit on accessing the materials in the Seeing Me Studio.

    We advise going at your own pace, while committing to finish the Seeing Me Method foundation within two months to fully benefit from the experience.

    We encourage you to keep coming back after you complete the foundational training. Our advanced trainings and resource library—complimentary and premium—will continue to expand. 

  • Yes, you have lifetime access to the materials in the Seeing Me Studio. This means you can revisit the content and go through the process again whenever you like, which can be particularly useful as your identity evolves over time.

  • No there are not any required live components to the Seeing Me Studio or foundational training.

    There will be live components for premium access advanced trainings.

    We will keep you up-to-date about these offerings and events via the Seeing Me Studio.

  • A computer with a strong connection to the internet to be able to access the Seeing Me Studio. The online platforms Pinterest and Canva (both free to use) are required to get the most out of the process.

    If you don’t currently have a personal log-in to Pinterest and to Canva, the How To Guide included with the library materials in the Seeing Me Board Section will show you how to create those accounts. 

  • It will be helpful to have a journal, sketchbook, and some art supplies (markers, color pencils, crayons) for the exercises that involve drawing or painting.
