Ushi is a designer, brand expert, author, and speaker enriched by nearly three decades of experience. Her portfolio spans individuals and teams from Fortune 500 companies to start ups and solo-preneur ventures.

Never able to contain her creativity to just one avenue, Ushi wrote and published Benjamin Franklin award-winning poetry. In 2016, she gave a TEDx talk about her own experience breaking free from the expectations and norms of being a first-generation American and navigating a multicultural upbringing to design a life that mirrors her truest self.

She continues to inspire audiences internationally with her story and was recently recognized by L.A. Style Magazine as part of their 2023 Most Influential lineup.

Ushi is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology, where she received her MBA and was an NCAA All-American Volleyball Player and the 1999 NCAA Academic All-American National Player of the Year.

Ushi runs her design firm from Austin, Texas, where she lives with her husband and two sons.
