“What Ushi gave me wasn’t just a brand. She created something deeply personal that honors where I come from while positioning me for where I’m going.”
Shaun McManus is a real estate investor and builder whose path from the farmlands of southern Idaho to the mountains of Montana has been defined by intentional moves and lasting impact. A former financial adviser, he bought his first house at 20 and has since orchestrated multimillion-dollar real estate transactions, working on projects ranging from $100,000 remodels to $20 million custom homes—including the landmark Montage Big Sky.
Today, Shaun leads a construction company recognized for its craftsmanship, bringing precision and artistry to projects that range from high-end custom homes to large-scale developments. Beyond business, he is the founder of Coffee and Conversations and the Big Sky Revival Project, initiatives dedicated to supporting addiction recovery and strengthening community.
His work reflects a dual commitment: creating prosperity through real estate and construction, and driving positive change that leaves a legacy beyond the market.
OUR WORK
RESULTS
“Working with Ushi was unlike anything I’ve experienced. Her attention to detail and craftsmanship matched exactly what we value and bring to our own builds—it felt like she spoke the same language of precision and pride. The symbols she designed for me weren’t just beautiful—they carried my heritage and family story in a way that people notice and ask about constantly. Some even want to wear them, which has opened doors for conversations and connections I never would have imagined.
What Ushi gave me wasn’t just a brand. She created something deeply personal that honors where I come from while positioning me for where I’m going. It’s a reflection of who I am and the legacy I want to leave, and it resonates with others in ways that feel authentic and lasting.”
