Megan Mrazek is an Austin and Texas Hill Country real estate professional known for blending business savvy with creative vision. Before real estate, she built her career in crisis management—helping corporations navigate high-stakes situations with strategy, calm, and precision. That experience now informs her work as an agent: strategic, solution-oriented, and fiercely client-focused.
A longtime Bee Cave resident, Megan has watched Austin and the Texas Hill Country evolve into one of the most sought-after markets in the country. As both a real estate investor and short-term rental owner, she brings a business-minded approach to buying, selling, and investing—always anchored in maximizing value for her clients and helping them discover hidden gems in the market.
Beyond the numbers, Megan has a deep love for design and interiors. She draws on her background in home staging to help sellers showcase their properties for maximum return and buyers uncover the potential in every space. She also curates a fast-growing newsletter, The Home Frequency, where she shares her perspective on how to align your home with your intentions.
A graduate of Notre Dame, Megan is also a wine lover, travel enthusiast, and proud Bee Cave local. When she’s not scouting properties, you’ll find her exploring Texas Hill Country wineries with her husband, two kids, and their rescue pup.
